When you book or contact the studio, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, selected service, and requested appointment time. Do not enter medical details or payment-card information into the booking form.

How the information is used

Information is used to create and manage your contact and appointment records, send confirmations you have agreed to receive, provide the requested service, respond to questions, and maintain the website and booking system.

CRM and service providers

Booking information is sent securely to the studio’s customer relationship management and calendar provider. Website hosting and technical service providers may process limited data only as needed to operate and protect the site. Personal information is not sold.

Optional text-message consent

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. When you opt in, Summer Solstice may send service-related messages about your appointment. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Retention and your choices

Appointment records are retained for normal business, legal, and operational needs. You may ask to review, correct, or delete eligible personal information by contacting the studio. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
